When the moment feels like too much, and we're filled with cravings and urges and longing to reach for food (or another substance or activity) we're aware we're seeking comfort, avoidance, pleasure....something.

The moment passes by so quickly, we barely have time to see what our beliefs are about it.

We're already managing the food (or other substance), we're already saying "screw it, let's go, I'll try again tomorrow".

When we touch who we are without our stories of craving, urges, and what they mean about ourselves and the world....we can see what lies under them.

When we see what lies under our cravings, we can question these stories as well, and find freedom with What Is.
