The Work saved my life when my husband of 14 years announced he no longer wanted to be married anymore.

At least, that's the way it looks to me now, when I see how much fear, sadness and anxiety came alive in that transition.

We remained friends until he died of cancer, and I will always be very grateful for that incredible relationship that taught me what love is really about--it wasn't as I had thought. It was better.
