Join Grace Bell, Mental Health Therapist, Professional Facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, and Eating Peace Coach to question core beliefs that fuel worry, cravings, frustration and disappointment, understand how to work with your thinking and apply self-inquiry, and return to trust with food.

You will learn the basis of permanent transformation of eating wars: mindset change, feeling change, identity change. We'll approach this difficult challenge with food and eating behavior change with a tiny shift in behavior.

You'll listen to other eating peace students from all walks of life and circumstances, and give yourself time and attention for the important work around this topic. You get to immediately apply and practice new ways to encounter food, eating and body image.

This Eating Peace 3 hour Workshop we will do the following:

Foundation 1 – The Hidden Conflicts Fueling Emotional Eating

If you could hear all the voices inside you around food—the Controller, the Rebel, the one who's ashamed, the one who's desperate—it would sound like a committee at war with itself.

We'll identify what's happening beneath the surface using Byron Katie's powerful self-inquiry method. You'll learn to listen to these parts with curiosity instead of judgment.

Foundation 2 – The One Question That Changes Everything + Your Personal Tiny Recipe

Learn the most powerful question to ask when the urge to eat off-balance hits.

You'll create a simple, personalized "tiny recipe" (based on the Tiny Habits method) that reshapes your relationship with food—without willpower or force.

Foundation 3 – The Skill You Actually Need: Feeling/Thinking Peace

The emotional weight of eating struggles is heavy. We'll explore how to bring compassion to the voices burdened with guilt, shame, and self-attack—so you can walk in a world with food without feeling attacked or attacking yourself.
