Live 5-day Workshop Challenge:
Day 1: identifying your greatest desire, choosing a tiny change for this challenge, and questioning thoughts that drive off-balance eating
Day 2: supporting your tiny shift by making it clear, and seeing what the mind says about "wanting"
Day 3: challenging advice you give yourself using "shoulds" and "shouldn'ts"
Day 4: abiding change happens when feeling good--noticing "needs" and inquiring, and celebrating your tiny practice
Day 5: allowing a tiny adjustment from closed and hopeless to willing, curious and empowered
